“Terragenesi” is a data driven immersive installation that tells, through a synesthetic mix of datas, images and sounds, the process of geological transformation of Earth as a consequence of current climate change. The installation presents itself as a narrative and immersive data visualization. As many climate change-related datasets have been processed, the deformation of entire real territories has been possible. They became case studies while defining an organic perceptible transformation.

Terragenesi è una Data Driven Immersive Installation che racconta, attraverso una commistione sinestetica di dati,immagini e suoni, il processo di trasformazione geologica della terra come risposta all’attuale fenomeno del surriscaldamento globale.
L’installazione si pone come una data visualization narrativa ed immersiva. L’elaborazione di numerosi dataset, legati alle conseguenze del cambiamento climatico, ha reso possibile la deformazione di territori reali presi come caso di studio, definendo una trasformazione organica percepibile.
